Return policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will offer you complete return service. We will do our best to meet your need, and at the same time, the things you need to do are as follows:
Keep the items and the attached accessories well including the outer package, label, receipt, after service card and other accessories. Item must be in New and unused condition. Please contact our representatives of customer service soon, and start return processes as fast as you can.

For any reason cancel the order, or cause the shipping problem that can't process the order, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee.

We are sorry to inform you that we can't offer you return service if the situations happen as follows:
1. Deformation or damage of goods which caused by customer himself that affect the reselling of goods such as the remove of label, sleeve or collar stretched out of shape .etc.
2. Have been washed.
3. Have been contaminated by cosmetics, perfume, and scents.etc.
4. Personal subjective reasons, not quality issue.
